In august 2012 Mari wrote her 5 year vision, her vision for 2017. She has only shared this with her family and closest friends but she decided to share her vision with everyone, to show you all the power of writing your goals and visions and hopefully inspire you all to take the step and the time commitment required. She had high beliefs and trust in what she could create and achieve in the next 5 years.The following was written in presence -as if it was 2017. Choice - How to make Big Decisions Congruently

  Below is the letter of resignation to my employer, Athletics Australia; For the past 13 years I’ve been involved in Paralympic sport, as a training partner when I was an athlete at the Australian Institute of Sport training under Iryna Dvoskina, as a Soft Tissue Therapist for a variety of Paralympic sports, and as a full time Para Athletics Sprints and Jumps coach for Athletics Australia over the past 6 years. Breakdown Judgement Before It Breaks You

      Ever feel like you’re being judged, for being who you are?   Judgement, or perceived judgement of ourselves, can be a limiting factor in us achieving our goals and visions. If we think we’re being judged or will be judged, we’re less likely to pursue with intent.  But what is judgement? Let’s break it down and not let it break us down.   Judgement is essentially self-righteousness, meaning self-satisfaction or superiority.   When Judgement occurs, it only ever happens from your own experience.
